First cut · Due 4:00 PM
EditQueue brings clarity and momentum to every stage of video production.

The operating system behind the work
EditQueue began inside Citadel Photography as the team grew beyond one room—and one time zone. Detailed briefs lived in one place, footage in another, feedback in messages, and the definition of “done” changed from project to project.
We built the system we needed: one shared command center that protects context, makes ownership visible, and keeps excellence, artistry, and collaboration intact through every handoff.
The work, visibly moving
Structured briefs, reusable client preferences, clear ownership, review-ready cuts, and visible delivery all meet in one production queue.

Don't imagine it. Try it.
Play the sample cut, capture a frame, and write the note you would send an editor. This playground is deliberately disconnected from EditQueue data—your screenshots and notes exist only in this browser tab.

AERIAL FILM · FIRST CUT
VERTICAL REEL · IN REVIEWOne team, every time zone
A producer can lock a brief in Detroit, an editor can shape the first cut overseas, and the review team can wake up knowing exactly what changed and what happens next. EditQueue turns distance into momentum.
Style, music, captions, deliverables, deadline.
Every asset and decision arrives with the assignment.
Frame-specific feedback becomes a clear task queue.
The right version is named, delivered, and remembered.
Built around the real workflow
Not another generic project board. A purpose-built system for the decisions, deadlines, and details that make video production work.
Choose the client and an approved creative style to load brand assets, standing preferences, notes, and production settings—then customize only what changes.
See availability, capacity, style fit, time zone, and performance context before a project enters the queue.
Review smooth HD streams, capture exact frames, create revision tasks, and keep every decision attached to the cut.
Approve the right version, complete delivery, celebrate strong work, and make the next assignment smarter.
Creative operations, finally specific

Approvals can carry real praise, not just a status change—because a better system should help talented people do their best work.
Every project says what is happening, who owns the next move, and when it is due.

Save reusable creative styles alongside each client's brand assets, standing notes, and delivery preferences. Choosing a client loads the right options automatically while every project remains editable.
Smooth adaptive playback keeps large masters in trusted storage while the team reviews a lightweight, reliable stream.
Understand turnaround, revision accuracy, style fit, and quality without reducing creative people to a single score.
Keep masters where they belong, identify the approved cut, and move delivery through a visible checklist.
Our vision is a connected production layer for studios, agencies, and media teams: structured enough to scale, flexible enough to protect each team's process, and thoughtful enough to keep craft at the center.

Limited rollout planned for 2026
EditQueue currently powers the video workflow at Citadel Photography. We're hardening it in production before inviting a small group of founding studios to help shape what comes next.
